We believe the power of self-knowledge does not end with the individual. After all, companies, organizations, and communities are nothing but a group of unique individuals who, ideally, work with each other toward the accomplishment of a common goal. Sometimes this teamwork scenario breaks down, not because of mismanagement, but simply because team members do not know themselves as well as they could. Self-knowledge and acceptance may indeed represent the single biggest gap between one's potential and his or her actual performance— at work, at home.... in life.

The Spiritual Component
Spirituality is at the core of everything we do.  When working with a business, we equate the spiritual component of the organization to its' mission statement. Not only do we aim to tap into the individual’s spirituality, but to connect each and every team member’s mission with the organization’s mission statement.
